PRIVACY POLICY

influxMEDIA, Inc. ("influxMEDIA") recognizes the importance of
protecting the privacy of certain information that is offered by
and/or collected from our customers, prospective customers, and
general users of influxMEDIA web properties ("Participants"). This
statement details the online privacy policies for influxMEDIA and
includes all websites owned or controlled by influxMEDIA (except as
otherwise provided on such site) and related services, and other
applications provided by influxMEDIA, except as otherwise indicated
in such applications, (collectively "influxMEDIA Services"). This
includes the download of media via wireless telephones and other
mobile devices. By using the influxMEDIA Services, including the
purchase or delivery of media, you agree to accept the practices and
terms set forth in this privacy policy.
Types of Information
influxMEDIA does not currently collect personal information about
Particiants However, influxMEDIA reserves the right to gather two
types of information ("Information") about Participants. This
includes data that Participants provide through optional, voluntary
registration on our sites and data influxMEDIA gathers through
aggregated tracking, mainly by tallying page views throughout our
influxMEDIA Services. Such information enables us to optomize our
content to better comply with customer needs and to help focus our
advertising audience. Please be assured that influxMEDIA will not
disclose personal Information to third parties without your consent,
except as may be noted in this Privacy Policy or disclosed to you
prior to when the Information gets submitted.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
The non-personally identifiable information influxMEDIA gathers may
includes the type of browser used by Participants, phone, calling
area, service provider, gender, age, IP address, page views,
durations, and the length of visit to influxMEDIA Services.
influxMEDIA uses this information to enhance the operation of the
influxMEDIA Services, allowing for more pertinent and targeted
advertising and to develop better and more salient services.
influxMEDIA may also release aggregate demographic information about
user trends to partners and other third parties, including
third-party advertisers on the influxMEDIA Services.
Personally Identifiable Information
In certain situations, Participants of influxMEDIA Services may be
asked to provide name, address, telephone number, cellular telephone
number, credit card number, mailing address, and email address. The
purose of this is to minimize fraud and provide required details
used for processing transactions. Credit or financial information
shall never be shared with any third party without prior
notification and consent from Participant.
Children
Children under 13 years of age should not use influxMEDIA Services,
and influxMEDIA does not intentionally collect personal information
from children under the age of 13. Should influxMEDIA obtain
knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child
under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted
from our databases.
Use of Information
influxMEDIA does not sell Information to advertisers but may use
Information for marketing purposes to target influxMEDIA Services to
Participants. By using influxMEDIA Services, Particiant consents to
the sharing of Information with third parties. To "opt out" of
having personal Information shared with parties outside of
influxMEDIA and/or its affiliated companies, please submit a written
request to influxMEDIA. If you have any questions or comments about
this policy, or wish to delete, modify or update any information
influxMEDIA has received, please contact us through our website.
Security of Information
influxMEDIA realizes the importance of security and exercises care
in providing secure transmissions of Participant Information from
your computer with influxMEDIA Services. However, while influxMEDIA
strives to protect Particiant Information, influxMEDIA is not able
to warrant or ensure the security of Information across the
Internet. As a result, any such Information is provided by
Participant to influxMEDIA at your own risk.
Cookies & Tags
Cookies are small pieces of information that a influxMEDIA site
sends to a Participant computer for record-keeping purposes,
allowing for Information to be stored in a file on a Participant
computer. Cookies improve Participant interaction with influxMEDIA
Services by saving Participant preferences. Cookies and action tags
do not provide individual Participant identity. influxMEDIA never
saves passwords or credit card information in cookies. The use of
cookies is an industry standard, and as such, you'll find that most
major websites use them. influxMEDIA Services may utilize cookies
and tags for certain functions. Cookies permit users to store their

influxMEDIA may also use third party advertising companies to serve
ads to influxMEDIA Services. Most cookies expire after a defined
period of time, or you can delete your cookie file at any time.
Participants may occasionally get cookies from influxMEDIA
advertisers or other third parties. influxMEDIA and/or its
affiliates do not control these cookies. The use of advertising
cookies sent by third-party servers is standard in the Internet
industry.
Usage tracking
influxMEDIA and/or its affiliates collect IP addresses for the
purposes of system administration, to report aggregated information
to influxMEDIA third parties and to manage the usage and
optimization of influxMEDIA Services. When Participants request
pages from influxMEDIA's and/or its affiliates' sites, influxMEDIA
servers log the Participants' IP addresses. influxMEDIA do not
normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable,
which means that a Participant session will be logged, but the
identity of the Participant and related personal Information will
remain anonymous. influxMEDIA can and will use IP addresses to
identify a Participant when influxMEDIA feels it is necessary to
enforce compliance with our site terms of use or terms of service or
to protect our service, site, Participants or others.
Third party sites
While using influxMEDIA Services, there may be a hyperlink or
redirection to a non influxMEDIA Services site. All such redirects
are outside the control of influxMEDIA and beyond the scope of
influxMEDIA Services. influxMEDIA and its affiliates do not control
such sites, and, therefore, are not responsible for such content,
privacy policies, use of information gathered on those sites or
advertising they choose to place on such sites. By influxMEDIA
providing such hyperlinks or redirection to these sites, it does not
imply any endorsement of the material on such sites or any
association with their operators. influxMEDIA's policy does not
extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the
Internet, which is beyond influxMEDIA's and its affiliates' control.
influxMEDIA strongly suggests that Participants review such third
party's privacy policies before providing any data to them.
Reasonable Efforts
influxMEDIA will use reasonable efforts to comply with this privacy
policy and will take prompt corrective action when influxMEDIA
learns of any failure to comply with this privacy policy.
influxMEDIA does not guarantee error-free performance under this
privacy policy. To the extent permissible under law, influxMEDIA
shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive
damages relating to this privacy policy.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using this site, you signify your agreement to influxMEDIA's
Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT
